JAGURA MODEL JAG-IG2S-CNC
This Jagura 2-spindle CNC grinder is well suited
for either production or tool room use. The machine slides are Meehanite cast
iron for rigidity. The slideways are all hand-scraped and Turcite coated for
high accuracy and long life.
CONTROLS/ PROGRAMMING
The machine slides are driven by brushless servo-motors
and ballscrews, with Zero Backlash nuts. The servo-motors are CNC programmable,
utilizing a PC-based controller. The software is custom designed and can be
modified for your specific application, if necessary. The machine is easily
programmed through a picture menu on a touch screen. With 2 spindles, you
can do a straight ID and then add a radius or chamfer, or both.
